Sound familiar?

  • Slammed every summer, then quiet in the shoulder months.
  • Lots of replacement quotes go out. Too few come back as a yes.
  • The trucks are busy, but the profit isn’t there.

These often look like separate problems. Usually one of them is driving the others.

The short version

You’re busy. It doesn’t always show.

If you run an HVAC company, you can probably list ten things you’d like to fix: more calls in the quiet months, better techs, higher prices, less time on the tools. Some summers are packed and still don’t leave much behind.

More fixes usually means more noise.

The usual advice is a longer list: a new website, more ads, new software, a salesperson. Each one sounds sensible. Together they take your time and money, and the thing that’s actually holding the business back often stays where it was.

Working on everything else

More ads, a new website, new software. The strong links get stronger, but the chain is still broken, so not much changes.

Fixing the weak link

Find the one link that’s holding the business back, and fix that first. Then the rest of the work starts to pay off.

A business works like a chain.

It’s only as strong as its weakest link. That link might be the offer, how you sell replacements, who you sell to, where calls come from, how you price or how the work gets done. Strengthen the other links and the chain still breaks in the same place. Fix the weak one, and the rest gets easier. So the job is finding that one link and fixing it first.

What the call is.

We’ll look at how your company gets customers, wins replacement jobs, makes money, and gets the work done. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s most likely holding it back and what to focus on first, plus a short written summary to keep.

Why it’s free right now

Soelle is new. While I build a track record, the call is free. All I ask is honest feedback afterwards, good or bad. If it was useful, I may ask whether I can quote you. Saying no changes nothing.

What happens on the call

  1. Before the call. Robert reads your answers.

  2. First. You walk him through the business.

  3. Then. What he thinks is most likely holding it back, and why.

  4. Last few minutes. What to focus on first, and what can wait.

  5. Afterwards. A short written summary by email.

That’s the whole offer: no follow-up pitch, and nothing else to buy.

Who it’s for

  • You own and run an HVAC company that repairs, maintains and replaces systems for homeowners.
  • You want it to be more profitable, not just bigger.
  • You’re willing to look honestly at the numbers.

Probably not a fit if

  • your work is mostly new construction or commercial;
  • you want someone to run your ads or sell you leads;
  • you’re looking for a course or a ready-made template;
  • you need legal, tax or accounting advice.

Not sure if you fit? You can still book. If it isn’t a fit, Robert will tell you honestly on the call.

Questions

Is the call about the HVAC work itself?

No. You know heating and air better than anyone on the call. Soelle works only with residential HVAC companies, and the call is about the business side: how you get customers, price and sell the work, and keep the profit. Robert won’t tell you how to size or install a system.

Will I be sold to?

No. The call is the only thing Soelle offers right now, so there’s nothing to sell you afterwards. You get Robert’s honest view and a short written summary to keep.

What does it cost?

Nothing, for now. In Robert’s words: “Soelle is new. While I build a track record, the call is free. All I ask is honest feedback afterwards, good or bad. If it was useful, I may ask whether I can quote you. Saying no changes nothing.”

It’s general guidance about your business, not legal, tax or financial advice. You make every decision, and results can’t be guaranteed.

Why do you ask about revenue and profit?

Because they point to where the constraint is likely to be. A business that’s busy but barely profitable needs different help from one that’s profitable but stuck. Rough ranges are enough, and “Not sure” and “Prefer not to say” are always options. Only Robert sees your answers.

Where is my information stored?

Your answers and contact details are kept in a private database (hosted by Neon in the EU) and used only to prepare for and run your call. They’re never sent to analytics or advertising tools. You can ask for a copy, or for everything to be deleted, at any time: robert@soelle.app. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
