Find what’s holding your business back.
You don’t need a longer list of things to fix. You need to know which one matters most. Soelle helps owners of heating and air companies find it, then focus on the changes that drive profitable growth.

What we look at
Recognize any of these?
Owners usually come with a symptom. The work is finding what’s causing it.
- Homeowners like your work, but replacements still come down to price.
- Lots of replacement quotes go out. Too few come back as a yes.
- Some calls are worth it. Others cost you more than they pay.
- Slammed every summer, then quiet in the shoulder months.
- The trucks are busy, but the profit isn’t there.
- Customers are happy, but few are on a maintenance plan.
- Everything runs through you: the phone, the quotes, the hard calls.
- Revenue is up. What you keep isn’t.
Working on everything else
More ads, a new website, new software. The strong links get stronger, but the chain is still broken, so not much changes.
Fixing the weak link
Find the one link that’s holding the business back, and fix that first. Then the rest of the work starts to pay off.
These often look like separate problems, but one of them is usually driving the others. Finding it matters more than a long list of fixes.
How it works
One call, one constraint, and what to do first.
The goal isn’t growth at any cost. Soelle helps owners work out what needs to improve, so the business can grow better, not just bigger.
Four quick questions. About your business, so Robert can prepare. About 2 minutes, then you pick a time.
The call. Free, 30–60 minutes, on video. You walk Robert through the business. He tells you what’s most likely holding it back and what to focus on first.
Your summary. Afterwards, a short written summary by email: what you found, and what to do first. It’s yours to keep. You make every decision.
No thick report and no list of fifty fixes. A few changes, in the right order.
The call
A free call to find what’s most likely holding your HVAC company back.
We’ll look at how your company gets customers, wins replacement jobs, makes money, and gets the work done. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s most likely holding it back and what to focus on first, plus a short written summary to keep.

What happens on the call
Before the call. Robert reads your answers.
First. You walk him through the business.
Then. What he thinks is most likely holding it back, and why.
Last few minutes. What to focus on first, and what can wait.
Afterwards. A short written summary by email.
- Robert reads your answers beforehand, so the time goes on your business, not small talk.
- That’s the whole offer: no follow-up pitch, and nothing else to buy.
Why it’s free right now
Soelle is new. While I build a track record, the call is free. All I ask is honest feedback afterwards, good or bad. If it was useful, I may ask whether I can quote you. Saying no changes nothing.
Who it’s for
- You own and run an HVAC company that repairs, maintains and replaces systems for homeowners.
- You want it to be more profitable, not just bigger.
- You’re willing to look honestly at the numbers.
Probably not a fit if
- your work is mostly new construction or commercial;
- you want someone to run your ads or sell you leads;
- you’re looking for a course or a ready-made template;
- you need legal, tax or accounting advice.
Not sure if you fit? You can still book. If it isn’t a fit, Robert will tell you honestly on the call.
Robert reads your answers before the call, so the time goes on your business, not small talk.

Who you’ll talk to
You’ll talk to Robert.
Not a sales team or an assistant. Robert runs every call himself.
- He reads your answers first, so you don’t have to repeat the basics.
- He’ll ask about the numbers, because that’s often where the constraint shows up.
- He’ll tell you plainly what he thinks, even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear.

FAQ
Questions before you book
Is this a marketing agency?
No. Soelle doesn’t run ads, build websites, manage social media or sell leads. On the call, Robert helps you work out what to change in the business, whether that’s the offer, pricing, sales, customers or operations. If marketing turns out to be the constraint, he’ll tell you what to look at first.
Is the call about the HVAC work itself?
No. You know heating and air better than anyone on the call. Soelle works only with residential HVAC companies, and the call is about the business side: how you get customers, price and sell the work, and keep the profit. Robert won’t tell you how to size or install a system.
Will I be sold to?
No. The call is the only thing Soelle offers right now, so there’s nothing to sell you afterwards. You get Robert’s honest view and a short written summary to keep.
Why do you ask about revenue and profit?
Because they point to where the constraint is likely to be. A business that’s busy but barely profitable needs different help from one that’s profitable but stuck. Rough ranges are enough, and “Not sure” and “Prefer not to say” are always options. Only Robert sees your answers.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for now. In Robert’s words: “Soelle is new. While I build a track record, the call is free. All I ask is honest feedback afterwards, good or bad. If it was useful, I may ask whether I can quote you. Saying no changes nothing.”
It’s general guidance about your business, not legal, tax or financial advice. You make every decision, and results can’t be guaranteed.
Where is my information stored?
Your answers and contact details are kept in a private database (hosted by Neon in the EU) and used only to prepare for and run your call. They’re never sent to analytics or advertising tools. You can ask for a copy, or for everything to be deleted, at any time: robert@soelle.app. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
How long is the call, and who is it with?
30 to 60 minutes on video, with Robert. We book an hour so nothing is rushed, and the call ends when the useful part is done. The Cal Video link is in your confirmation email.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to have rough numbers in mind (what a typical year brings in, what’s left after expenses, and about how many customers are on a maintenance plan), plus the one question you most want answered.
