What these terms cover

These terms cover using soelle.app and the free call with Robert, which is the only service Soelle offers right now.

The call

• The call is free, and you’re under no obligation to do anything afterwards.
• It’s a conversation about your business. Robert will share what he thinks is most likely holding it back and what to focus on first. That’s his opinion, based on what you tell him in a short call. It isn’t a full review of your business.
• It isn’t legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.
• You make your own decisions about your business, and you’re responsible for them. Results can’t be guaranteed.

Booking, rescheduling and cancelling

• Calls are booked through Cal.com. Your confirmation email from Cal.com has links to reschedule or cancel.
• If you can’t make it, please reschedule or cancel, so the time can go to someone else.
• If Robert ever has to move a call, he’ll tell you as early as he can and offer another time.
• Only add guests to a booking if they’ve agreed to join.

Using the site

• Please give accurate details, and only your own.
• Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site.
• The site’s text, design and images belong to Robert. You’re welcome to share links to it.

If something goes wrong

The site and the call are provided as they are. Robert works hard to keep the site running and the call useful, but he can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that the call will lead to a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

How your information is collected and used is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes and questions

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. The terms that apply to your call are the ones on this page when you booked it. Questions: robert@soelle.app.
